Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs SGD 1.20 per hour.

- Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome. One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. Up to two older children or adults are charged SGD 60 per night for extra beds. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 2. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 4. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform XY Hotel Bugis by Asanda Hotels and Resorts in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of SGD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property does not currently accept guests from certain countries. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. Food & beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19).
